The architectural and planning solution for the facility was developed in accordance with the approved architectural  concept by STUDIO PIUARCH (Milan, Italy).

The project’s spatial and planning concept includes:

• the creation of an expressive, fluid volume that follows, in plan, the boundary of the landscape and recreational zone; 
• efficient use of the site and the formation of an attractive environment for both business and recreational activity; 
• a clear functional structure and a strong correspondence between the building’s external architectural image and its purpose. 

Taking into account the site’s location and topography (sloping down toward the reservoir), as well as visual  perception from different points along Pobediteley Avenue and from the Drozdy Reservoir side, the project proposes a  volume composed of two elongated curved blocks, three and five storeys high, united by a single stylobate. The  stylobate is one storey high on the south-eastern side (toward the surface parking) and two storeys high on the  reservoir side. A terrace is provided on top of the stylobate, with a landscaped viewing platform and container  planting. A wide ceremonial staircase leads to the terrace from the parking side.
