“Cascade” is a complex that implements an urban environment model in which the residential function is harmoniously  integrated with work, recreation, and services. The complex has strong visual presence from the city’s main arterial  roads. Terraced residential development is combined with high-rise accents (from 6 to 25 storeys), multi-level parking  garages, and landscaped inner courtyards, whose space flows into a shared recreational area with a mini-park and  direct access to the public and business center. 
The highly permeable structure of the office park within the public and business center ensures visual connectivity  and interaction between internal and external spaces. The freestanding office blocks are six storeys high, with  public-use premises on the ground floors, while parking facilities are located in the stylobate section elevated above  ground level.
