  • Taking into account the peculiarities of the location and topography of the site, the analysis of the functional purpose and and spatial solutions, as well as visual perception from Platonov and Gikalo streets, including from distant points, it is proposed to arrange an object consisting of two interlocked blocks - 7 - 8 –storey public buildings and buildings of a 3-storey car park (4 parking levels, using the roof level).
