  • Considering the peculiarities of the location and topography of the site, the analysis of the functional purpose and the spatial and spatial solution of existing objects, as well as visual perception from Pobediteley Avenue, the project proposes the location of a social and cultural complex on the territory under consideration. The object consists of two blocks of concert halls, with an indoor amphitheater-staircase located between them, providing pedestrian transit communication and the possibility of organizing open-air concerts.
