  • The architectural and planning solution of a multi-storey complex takes into account the residential building of superior comfort located behind the designed complex. High-rise office block is close to  Nemiga street. On the first two levels of the complex there are retail premises and small cafes. The parking is located on three underground levels, decided on a relief drop, occupies part of the first and second floors. Office blocks are solved in the form of a smooth line - a tape placed on the stylobate platform.
