  • The main idea of the concept of the development is the creation of public space for carrying out mass holidays, the placement of constantly operating displays at the exhibition, with the organization of the system of squares, concert and entertaining objects. All the building of the ground is low-storied. The trading office center is focused on the avenue with high-rise buildings – town-planning emphasis at the entrance and departure from Minsk on Nezavisimosti Avenue.
