The proposed solutions for the development of the quarter are aimed at creating a unique comfortable living environment in the structure of urban education while preserving the existing natural landscape, the ecological balance of the site - with the inclusion of existing orchards in the building and creating flowering boulevards imbued with sunlight. The organization of diverse architecturally expressive buildings, with attractive residential buildings of various storeys and levels of comfort, creates a sense of community, lightness and positive energy of “OUR QUARTER”. The goal of the project is the implementation of a comfortable and humane space for private life, everyday relaxation and communication of residents of the quarter - children and adults, with the organization of a large-scale environment for people with public services and recreations for comprehensive development, family active and health recreation.
